Please follow them in your spare time & follow them at your own pace & ability. However, if you feel any pain or discomfort, then please refrain from doing them. Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction Exercise

Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction is a group of symptoms that cause discomfort in the pelvic region. It typically occurs during pregnancy, as your pelvic joints may become stiff & misaligned. It can affect the front & back of your pelvis, and although not harmful to the baby, it can be very painful for the mother. It can often affect mobility.

Treatment such as the sports & deep tissue massages involve the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues. Additionally, our main aim is to provide relief for muscular pains, stiffness and injuries.

Benefits of sports/deep tissue massages and sports therapy include:
